Finish the thing you keep putting off.
Choose one project. Innerova gives you one small step a day, a way back in when life interrupts, and a record made of your own work.
A week that got interrupted.
When a step is too big for the day you are having, you reduce it. The original is ruled through and the smaller version is written underneath. It stays visibly smaller — it is never counted as the whole thing.

An invented example, not a customer. Tuesday and Thursday were reduced; Wednesday has no entry. Nothing here is counted as more than it was.
What Innerova does.
- One step, sized to the day you are actually having
- Every action has a normal version and a smaller one. The smaller one stays visibly smaller — it never quietly counts as the whole thing.
- A way back in after you miss days
- Missing a day is not a failure state here. You can reduce the next step, move it, pause, or change what you are aiming at.
- A record made of your own work
- Notes and links you attach to a step, kept as a plain timeline you can read back and export.
What it is not.
Innerova does not supply the skill your project needs. It helps you make room for the work and keep an honest account of it.
It is not therapy, treatment, or a mental-health service, and it makes no claims about your character, discipline or personality.
It will not tell you that you are on a streak, score your week, or turn a day you missed into a number.
Getting in.
Innerova is not open for sign-ups yet. There is no account to create and nothing to buy on this site today.
The walkthrough shows the whole week without an account. If you have a project you keep postponing and you would use this, say so — we are talking to people before we build the rest.
