Terms

What you are using

The challenge notebook is a browser-based tool. The walkthrough demonstrates a project plan with authored examples. Member features connect to account and project services where available. Feature availability can differ by environment and account access.

Your record

You are responsible for what you enter and share. Keep backups of anything you need: browser data can be cleared or become unavailable. Restoring a backup replaces the local challenge records after confirmation. Local challenge data is not automatically transferred into a member account.

Calendar completion does not establish that every action was completed. The notebook displays your own check-ins and distinguishes smaller, partial, and full efforts.

Practices and results

Challenge templates are optional starting points, not personalized professional advice. Adapt the action and duration to your circumstances. Innerova does not promise a particular outcome, personal transformation, or health benefit.

Innerova is not therapy, medical advice, or a mental-health service. Choose practices appropriate for you and seek qualified guidance when you need it.

Friends and sharing

Invite only people who would want to hear from you: an emailed invitation goes out in your name, once, because you clicked Send, and it must not be used to contact people who have not asked to be contacted. A circle shows its members the kind of day each has recorded; it is each person’s own account of their own effort, not verified activity. Only record typed-in updates that friends agree to share; those are your notes, not their record. Exported images and captions are yours to review before posting; the app does not automatically publish them to any social platform.

Accounts and paid access

Keep your account credentials secure. If a paid offer is available, review the actual offer and checkout terms before purchasing. The browser challenge notebook does not require a purchase. No price or paid entitlement is implied by starting a local challenge.

Using the site

Use the site lawfully. Do not disrupt it, impersonate others, or attempt to access their private records. This is an evolving product; functionality and availability may change.
